I placed my order back in August and paid for shipping in October. Their site claims in-stock items ship within 3–4 days after payment, yet over a month later, I still have no tracking number, shipment confirmation, or replies to my follow-up messages. They assured me in an email that it would ship later that week, but nothing happened. They've since stopped communicating entirely. I’ve had to initiate a chargeback due to non-delivery and lack of responses. Very disappointing — I cannot recommend this service.
