I recently placed a pre-order for a Thorin figure and was pleasantly surprised by the early arrival of the email confirmation. This seller has established a reputation for reliability with exclusive items, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to collectors everywhere, particularly those in the USA like myself.
I have been a loyal customer for over two years. When items are available, they consistently arrive quickly. I often feel a bit anxious about pre-orders, but once the product is ready, they ship it out swiftly using the quickest option. Their support team is also very attentive and always responds directly when I have inquiries or need updates on my order.
Although it took some time to receive my Batman action figure, it was definitely worth it. The item arrived in a secure brown box, thoroughly taped, and was bubble wrapped for extra protection. Inside, I found the packaging box containing the action figure, both in pristine condition. I've just preordered another figure because the service has been outstanding.

When I reached out to the support team about my issue, their response was extremely delayed. After multiple attempts to get in touch, they even threatened to cancel my order if I didn't remove my feedback. If anyone wants to see screenshots of our conversation, I'm happy to share them as evidence that these individuals are scammers and should be held accountable. I strongly recommend not trusting the reviews on various platforms. To learn more about the company’s practices, search for “Issues with the seller” online. You will find many reports detailing their poor customer service and instances of scams. Be wary of influencers promoting this company. They are leveraging their platforms to mislead consumers and take their money. As one influencer advised, “Do your own research before making a purchase.” I am sharing my experience to help others avoid similar problems.

It traveled from overseas to New York faster than many domestic items, and at a lower price than other platforms. I highly recommend this service. Excellent and timely communication as well.
I placed my order back in August and paid for shipping in October. Their site claims in-stock items ship within 3–4 days after payment, yet over a month later, I still have no tracking number, shipment confirmation, or replies to my follow-up messages. They assured me in an email that it would ship later that week, but nothing happened. They've since stopped communicating entirely. I’ve had to initiate a chargeback due to non-delivery and lack of responses. Very disappointing — I cannot recommend this service.
