Be careful with this company. The customer service is very smug, and unhelpful.They have a massive dislike for giving refunds.They don't care if the merch is not even released by the manufacturer. They will give you the runaround.This is my advice.Choose anyone else. If after reading this, you still choose to risk it, and place an order with them, use PAYPAL. I had to open a case against Popcultcha, and PAYPAL resolved the situation in 10 minutes. I got my money back.They thought that keeping my money and ignoring my mails was going to work out for them.I wish there was an option on this platform to give Popcultcha 0 Stars.Just an unnerving experience with them.Believe me.Hope this review helps someone choose wisely.
