Spent over $250.00 on Funko pop vinyl's.
when received I opened the box to find a box completely rooted.
There was no damage to the outer box, so it would have been packed by someone with no care factor.
Emailed popculture and the response was "sorry we did not get any extra empty boxes, so he is a $5 gift voucher".
In my line of work you send damaged goods we replace them of offer a refund and send customer a returnable postal box/bag.
I then had to find another birthday gift.
I now buy all my gear from another dealer.
I always order from popcultcha. and there really good and packing my packages. i never had any issues with them. I bought 2 inart figures from them recently. and I used my pennies and got them a bit cheaper. and they are awesome company. and I think i will preorder 2 more inart figures. and use there instalments pay option. and I don't know why people are putting bad and negative reviews about this company i had some issues with them but they sort them out.
Scam artists. If you order international they will just try to steal your money. I ordered a Hot Toys piece, supposed to be there in December 2025 and I have received ZERO communication but they've of course taken my money. I will see if I promptly receive a full refund from Paypal and failing that from the previous review I've read of the other client they stole from, I will file a chargeback. Waiting on prompt refund from Paypal and will update accordingly
Package moved out pretty quickly to be processesd by the post. Unfortunately Popcultcha did not know how to fill up customs form for international delively. Twice. Response after 2 months was we have given store credit. However store credit was about 40% of what I paid. I asked for a full refund to my card and they did not bother to respond. Still haven't gotten the refund. Had to do charge back with bank.
Terrible service, always late on orders especially preorders in some occasions reaching a 3 year delay when asking about when your product will arrive you get greeted by rude unhelpful staff with a million excuses telling you to be patient. Avoid at all costs!.

I’m helping my close friend Yaniv (the purchaser) — we’re long-time statue/figure collectors (Sideshow / Premium Format, Marvel/DC, etc.) and regularly buy from Sideshow, Amazon, eBay, and stores like SpecFictionShop without issues.Yaniv placed an international order to Israel on 5 Jan 2026 for a high-value collectible (Sideshow Premium Format). The checkout experience was chaotic:PayPal was attempted first, appeared approved, and then later reversed/refunded/voided, without a clear explanation.That effectively forced paying by credit card to complete the purchase.After purchase, the website also showed checkout problems again (at times no shipping/payment options appear for Israel when trying to place additional orders).Most concerning: as of 12 Jan 2026, after multiple follow-ups, there has been no response, no ticket/reference number, and no clear status/ETA/tracking. Silence after taking payment is not acceptable.At this point we’re asking for either:full transparency (clear written status + allocation/ETA + tracking when shipped), orimmediate cancellation and a full refund.I’ll update this review if Popcultcha resolves this promptly and professionally.
