Order #: 933352I ordered a dress on October 9th, and weeks later was told it was “out of stock” yet it’s still listed as in stock on their website and even featured on their homepage. They initially offered an exchange worth 150% of the original price, then backtracked and said it could only be a one-to-one exchange.I followed up again today to ask if the same dress was available in a different color and have yet to receive a response and am not expecting one for a few days. The communication has been slow, inconsistent, and confusing from the start. I would not recommend ordering from this company if you expect reliability or transparency. I want them to take accountability for essentially scamming people to order the out of stock dress and never sending it. Why isn’t their website updated? They told me it was out of stock on October 22 and it is still listed as available on their website. I just want this dress.
