Order took forever to get here and arrived after the event I needed it for. In trying to return the item, I've only been given the option to exchange or get a gift card for more of their merchandise.The automated responses to any inquiry are infuriating. I would never order from them again.Although they state they are based in VA, I'm pretty sure they are overseas
