This company is corrupt. I ordered a size large which was clearly in my confirmation email. They shipped me an XL which was too big. When I asked them to rectify that they asked me to send them a picture of the item received and order. So I emailed that to them … which clearly showed L!They sent me back a very impersonal response with just an auto wording and a picture of their shipping sheet showing XL circled as shipped!Somehow they feel that because they shipped XL the order is correct. What they sent me was absolutely not correct and did not match what was ordered.. absolutely disgusting that they take customers money and refuse to rectify THEIR SHIPPING ERROR!Company responded that they will deal with the situation right away.... HOWEVER.. I have yet to hear anything from them. There has been no attempt to rectify the issue of their shipping error.
