This is an update on my last review. After my review I was contacted through my pop in a box account and I was promised a refund within 15-20 days on the 21st October 2022. Guess what? No refund still. This company is a huge joke and it's clearly verging on a scam.I'm sick and tired with this company. They owe me a refund on pops that they didn't get in stock. Why is it so difficult to do that?? Well I messaged again today and got a reply from 'Nontobeko' saying that they refuse to issue my refund as I didn't get in touch within 40 days of purchase.. except I did and have proof that I have been nearly constantly messaging them.In fact after my last review Liam, Customer Relations Executive, messaged promising my refund within 20 days and in tern created a written contract which they are now trying to go back on.So now I'm taking the legal route due to the mountains of evidence I have against them.Absolutely horrible company.My last review:"Back in September of 2020 I ordered 12 pops from them for birthday and christmas gifts and 4 of the pops never arrived. 2 got cancelled on the 18th January 2021 and I did get refunded as pop in a box couldn't get them in stock (even though they said the pops would be dispatched within 24 hours to 3 days of ordering them) but 2 of them I am still waiting for a refund even though we are nearing the end of 2022.I got told that they weren't able to get enough stock for these pops but yet I still don't have my refund.I have emailed them multiple times, I have tried cancelling the order through my account and I have spoken to the customer service team multiple times through their live chat feature and still no refund on pops they couldn't get in stock."
