This last experience has pushed me to take my business elsewhere. Here’s what happened: I ordered 4 items, which were dispatched from the USA, but there were no updates for 17 days. The delivery partner had no information about the parcel, which might still be stuck in customs. When I contacted the service, I was told to wait longer. After further prompts, they finally acknowledged the items were lost after 20 days. I accepted the refund but requested compensation due to previous issues. They ignored my request, offering a small goodwill gesture instead. After more complaints, they offered a credit but deducted delivery costs from my refund. I refused the gesture and requested the delivery costs back again. The process has been frustrating, with templated responses and no real resolution.
Disappointing Experience! I placed an order on 25/12, and my order status hasn't changed since. The only way to reach out is via email, but I still haven't received a response. This has been a very frustrating experience with the service. Nearly 3 weeks later, I'm still waiting for my order. Will I ever get it?

I ordered on 23rd December, and I was told it would arrive just after Christmas but before the new year. Now it's the 7th of January, and there's still no order. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand; I cannot recommend this service.
