I ordered 7 pre-orders in May 2022, and paid for all items together. I received 2 items, but was still awaiting the last 5, or a refund.After speaking to several members of staff, on several occasions throughout last year and this year, it seems they have cancelled the rest of my order with no plan to refund me. I have spoken to them countless times and most recently they agreed to refund me, stating it would take 10 days to process. Funnily enough, at the end of the 10 days, no refund. I questioned this with their customer service team, who just started the whole refund request again from the beginning. Genuinely, the worst customer service I have ever received, and hands down the worst customer service team in the UK!!!DO NOT USE!!!
