This is not the first time I have had issues with orders and updates with Pop in a Box and it never ceases to amaze me how much the "customer care" team actually don't care at all. The answers I receive to my queries show just how much this team is just here to respond in generic fashion to all queries. I wanted to take advantage of the "GIFT" code to receive the mystery bag only to find that a VIP discount is automatically applied, of which, I cannot remove and the site thinks is better than the "GIFT" code so will not let me add it. Safe to say the "help" I have received has just been utterly useless information about my order that I know and then the fact nothing can be done...what madness is this? I will be cancelling my subscriptions and finding my Pops from a reliable source going forward.
