I ordered 2 Christmas Jumpers back in October of 2022 and I have yet to receive them, I requested a refund and I spoke to four different people via their chat program and each one promised me a refund ASAP, and I am still waiting and all I am getting is empty promises from them. My Order Number is - 438885874.The 4th person just now on the chat program named Sam has just hung up on me, after I explained my situation. i have spoken to a Freddie, Nylah, and a Nancy and nothing happens!This is taking the pee now.I just want to speak to somebody!!!they won't even give out an email address, their Facebook and Twitter accounts are bloody useless and no one answers them.
