Made a pre order in June for a pop release in November, November rolls around and I don’t hear anything. That’s fine sometimes things happen, check the website to see if the release has moved and the pop is magically out of stock. So I contacted customer services, got a template reply of release dates changing, and how it’s out of their control, blah blah blah, trying to make me feel guilty for chasing up my order. Lo and behold less than a week later I get an email about my order being cancelled due to the item no longer being available. Sorry but if I preorder in JUNE for a NOVEMBER release you should have the stock in to fulfil my order, you’ve known about it for long enough.
