Made a pre-order in March 2022 for a May release. Now November the Pops are available in shops but apparently, they are having trouble with the supplier! I would imagine they oversold the pre-order and are now unable to fulfill their quota and are just hoping customers will either do nothing or just ask for a refund and move on. Well, they are one of the biggest Pop sellers in the UK but treat customers as a hindrance once they have their money. Any query is responded to with a standard "it's not our fault, please just wait" response. They have your money and do not care anymore. I have closed my account and will just buy from any other shop!SINCE THEN HAVE TRIED TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT (THREE TIMES!) BUT JUST RECEIVED THE STANDARD REPLY; SORRY IT'S NOT OUR FAULT IT'S THE SUPPLIER'S FAULT! I WANTED TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT BUT THEY DON'T EVEN READ THE MESSAGE JUST PRESS "AUTO-REPLY #1" OR JUST ANY RANDOM REPLY, TRY IT, YOU'LL SEE! So, I GUESS THEY WILL KEEP THE ACCOUNT OPEN TO PAD THEIR NUMBERS EVEN THOUGH IT WILL NEVER BE USED BY ME, SAD REALLY, IF THEY HAD JUST ACTUALLY BOTHERED TO SPEAK IN PERSON RATHER THAN JUST IGNORE ME I WOULD HAVE CONTINUED TO BUY FROM THEM. WELL, THEIR LOSS IS SOMEONE ELSE'S GAIN!
