I ordered a loungefly bag for a present for my daughter in law on Sunday 27th November. Given tracking info through Royal Mail who say they are waiting for parcel from sender. Unable to contact via phone and live chat. Email received saying they will 'look into' why I haven't received.Totally disappointed in this company! Won't use again, won't recommend them to anyone else either. Will be seeking a refund ASAP so I can at least purchase form a different company who WILL send the bag!!!
