Ordered two funko advent calendars and a couple funko pops on the 24th of November. Waited patiently as knew their were Royal Mail strikes that would delay my order. After 8 days of my order showing as waiting to be sent to royal mail on the tracking site, I thought this can't still be strike delays so contact via live support. Am told order has been lost and there's no advent calendars left in stock so they can't resend my order. Kids absolutely gutted and now too late to find replacements elsewhere. Awaiting a refund but could have done with this being spotted by them earlier in the week so I had a chance to buy from elsewhere.Very disappointed and kids really upset. Might be an idea to keep a few held back to use as replacements if you're planning on losing people's orders.
