I've waited since the 1st of August 2022 for my Blink 182 pop Funko which was pre ordered. To this day it's still marked as processing.I was told I'd receive it in December 2022. Then it was pushed to January. Told it would arrive in April. Now we are approaching June and all I've asked for is some clarity on when it would be arriving. From the emails I've had, not once have I been given any clear information. I cannot stress how bloody frustrating this has been considering I could of bought this product from a different shop so easily, instead I've I've stupidly put my trust into this company with no indication if I'll ever receive my order.(Edit) after this review, the order was written up as a complaint from one of the service people, the parcel arrived within 7 days of the complaint and the company gave me £10 worth of credit for their store. I can't fault them for their customer service once I had made a complaint, but I doubt I will pre order with them again. The rating I've put up as a 3 instead of a 1 since the order did come quickly once logged as a complaint.
