Ordered E.T. Elliot and ET Flying GITD Funko Pop! Moment on 19th Aug 2022. Waited & waited & waited patiently for it to arrive. (Missing out on lots of times to order elsewhere.) Chased several times but each time the shocking Robot army of Pop in a Box Customer Service Team kept emailing the same types of messages over & over again. A example of the most recent reply read as follows, “Please accept my apologies for the delay with your order.I can see that your item is currently out of stock, which has halted the dispatch of your order and our supplier has not yet advised when stock will be replenished.Kindly confirm if you would like to wait till the stock is available or if you would like us to cancel this order for you.Thank you for your patience and once again, my apologies for any inconvenience caused. If there is anything else that we can help with, then please let us know and a member of our team will be happy to help.Kind regards.” This was a reply to my latest chase of my order on 14 April 2023. (The day it was supposed to be dispatched according to a separate email from them which said they expected it to be in stock ready to be dispatched on that day.) Bear in mind this is 9 Months after I first ordered it!I will never use them again & I want the whole world to know how much of a shambles they’ve become as a Company. Things were great when I first started a Subscription with them but as time went on, they became worse & worse. Eventually they cancelled my Subscription with them & it seems they’ve now moved totally away from Pops altogether. Very poor service. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
