I gave four stars because of how helpful the customer service agents were to me, but there are issues. I have generally never had an issue with my pops from here until recently. Recently, my pops were sent without protection causing everything to be damaged. I obviously was not happy about this and asked for a replacement. This wouldn’t of have to happen if there was more of a push to use shipping protection. However, customer service was great in getting the situation fixed! I was able to get replacements for all of the pops and they were sent after I sent all of the evidence. It’s great that everything was situated, but these type of things are avoidable.
