Wouldn't even give 1 star if it were possible. Disgusting customer service. Imagine not receiving an item after 2 months. Then imagine the tracking for said item never updating since it shipped. Then imagine that tracking info disappearing.They say we're contacting couriers and will get back to you in 24-48 hours. Imagine you wait 9 days before asking them what's up. They still again. Imagine waiting another 7 days before inquiring once more only to be stalled again.My last 2 messages to them were simply requesting they reship or refund. Now I'm receiving their same 24-48 hour courier auto-response.Please steer clear of this company. I've had issues with all 4 orders I've made with them. These range from false advertising to me being overcharged to now never receiving items at all.Stay well away.*EDIT* They gave me a refund this morning only after threatening to report it elsewhere. Extremely untrustworthy, still stay away.
