Awful awful awful company warning do not use if your parcel gets lost or stolen by the courier you will not get your money back. It takes days to get any one to respond from customer services when they do respond they will ask the same question every couple of days to make it look like they are doing something and make you feel like you are going mental. They will send you a form but do not be fooled into thing you are getting somewhere no for 3 days later they will ask you for the same form if any of you have seen the 12 tasks of asterix and obolix it’s like dealing with the tower of madness. All over a 9.99 pop of which I have brought over 20 of them at the inflated price of 12.98. As well as this you will order your pop thinking it will come straight away or shortly after it’s release date but don’t be daft this particular pop my daughter has been waiting for 2 years for! When you query where a pop is they will come back to you eventually saying it hasn’t been released yet and you will walk into a shop and see the exact pop you have ordered for 9.99 and no hassle lies or awful customer service if I could give zero stars I would
