A year later never received my order

I ordered 5 or 6 pops April 2021. It is now April 2022. And I never received any of them. I had messaged customer service multiple times and they just kept telling me to wait. I had waited so long that I forgot I even placed an order with them and today they finally wanted to send me one of the pops I ordered and my card had expired. Good thing too because it reminded me to cancel my order. I don’t know what game Pop in a Box is playing but they obviously don’t know how to run a business. You can’t sell things you don’t have. Only two if those pops were pre-order. The rest were in-stock when I bought them so why were they never sent? Going to the BB with this one. No one should let these guys continue this business.
