Absolutely dreadful customer service, I would never look to use Pop In A Box again. I've been a customer for a fair few years and the service is absolutely shocking. I had to cancel one item that I pre ordered last year because you failed to deliver it.I ordered two pops in January 2022 and was told they would be dispatched end of the month. This end of the month took me until the end of March where I was then told that they were out of stock. I'm still unsure how they can be out of stock when I pre-ordered them months ahead of time.The customer service from PIAB was dreadful, just kept fobbing me off saying they'll be dispatched soon and no one seemed to care that I had ordered these but they then went out of stock. I have been speaking to people in the Funko Pop community and now understand that quite a few people have stopped using PIAB due to the dreadful service.**Edited to add, I can't reply to PIAB response below, but I have not been sent a message on my account.
