I placed an order for my sons favourite OverWatch character in March (Moira)... i am still without any item or refund or any support. Once my payement was made for some reason PopinaBox had changed my delivery address therefore i was never going to recieve my Item. When i tried to contact customer service they pretty much told me its not there problem and i have to sort it out with the address it was delievered to. Very sad situation as my son Loves OverWatch and with the new game coming out in a few months he was looking to start his OverWatch FunkoPop collection from this website, but after this sort of customer service i am not too sure if i will be back for more Items when the new game releases. Not even an offer for a discount to buy the Item again for my Son.
