I ordered four pops nearly 2 years ago three of them over time arrived, one of them still hasn't. I sent them a message through their website in January and no response I also messaged their advisers last year and told it will be in stock soon. I cancelled that pop with them last week but still haven't received a refund which is disgraceful. I also raised a complaint last week and no one has been in touch with me from the customer relations team. Lastly, I also told them my email had been hacked and asked to change it to a new one and provided all of my security information they said they'll get that raised and it still hasn't been done. I've just spoken with an agent who confirmed the last agent basically didn't action any of my requests. Extremely poor serviceUPDATEHad a reply from a member of staff on trustpilot so went onto livechat to arrange for her to contact me and spoke with a member of staff that had no clue what they were doing and made me repeat myself 3 times and was no help so have had to come here.
