Pre-ordered some figures over 6 weeks BEFORE the release date, only to find on the release date they were then "Sold out" immediately. I have received an email saying they are "on their way" but after speaking to customer services live chat have now discovered they aren't on their way, they have no stock and have no idea when they will re-stock. Looking at many other reviews on this site, they seem to be a company that is happy to take payment for pre-order items when they know full well they won't have the stock to fulfill that number of pre-orders. Terrible company that i would never use again, particularly when they must be aware that most of their products are for children, who are looking forward to (but will never actually receive) their gifts.
