Another fine example of customer service, I recently had a package go missing, a replacement was sent no questions asked. some time later it arrived with a bit of damage..(marks to top and bottom of box) I was just happy it arrived! i popped onto the live chat and had a chat with Addy, who rather then just accept the news the package had arrived was willing to offer me a partial refund for the damage. again like I said I was just happy it arrived. I think this is my third review of the CS team. each one has been positive. they really do help PIAB keep customers happy and with the company throughout these times of late pre orders delayed shipping etc
