I pre-ordered the Ace of Spades Funko in Feb 2021. Throughout 2021 I sent several messages enquiring about my order and why it was taking so long; they responded each time that they couldn’t get stock from their suppliers. If this was the case then I shouldn’t of been able to ‘pre-order’ it.Come January I decided to cancel the order as it was taking far too long to arrive but my cancellation failed with no explanation. I had to talk to someone on their live chat and jump through several hoops just to get it cancelled. I was then informed that I would not get a refund as they claimed that they hadn’t taken any money from my account. I had to prove that they HAD taken my money and again jump through several hoops.They told me that I would receive a refund in 3-5 working days but 2 weeks and 2 angry messages later, I still didn’t have my money.Last night I threatened to report them to trading standards and today I received my refund however, they only refunded the price of the Funko Pop and not the P&P (which, again, I can prove that I paid).I am so frustrated with this company and their appalling service, I really can’t be bothered to deal with them anymore so I’m bowing out.Learn from my mistake,STAY AWAY!
