Dissappointingly, I received the wrong item so had to go through the process of returning the incorrect item and asking for a replacement. The returns process was pretty straightforward and the staff messages helpful and polite but when I followed up on the issue after several days, they had no record of the returned item being received at their warehouse. After providing proof of postage with the Royal Mail tracking of the delivery, a replacement was issued. Thankfully, it is the correct item this time. I'm happy with the way PIAB have resolved this smoothly, and would shop with them again but I'm glad I didn't need it in rush.
