Unfortunately I can't give zero stars as that's what this company deserve. I placed an order at the start of October 2021 where both items had a release date of November 21. The money was taken (which is fine). In November I received e-mails saying the items were now in stock. Brilliant I thought, I will get mine now. I didn't! When I e-mailed them I was told that the items weren't in stock. Clearly by sending out e-mails they had more orders than they did stock, so those of us poor fools who had pre-ordered didn't get our pops. I had many more e-mail messages to and from them. By the start of December I had had enough, so e-mailed them again to ask for the order to be cancelled and refunded. Of the (at least 15 e-mails) I have ever sent to them, funnily enough, this was the only one to have ever been ignored. I chased this up via emails for the next month with no outcome. My 2 items arrived last week (start of Feb 2022). I emailed and asked for a returns label as I had sourced them elsewhere by this time (it's much easier, just as cheap, and quicker to order anywhere apart from Pop in a box). I have now been sent a label to return them. It isn't a pre-paid label, and they are expecting me to pay insured to send these back to the USA (from the UK). There is no way I am paying this. Please source your pop's from somewhere else. This company are the worst at expected dates, cancellations, refunds, general customer service etc. I will never order from them again!
