Nearly 2 months for an in stock item

I ordered a pop on 5 December Finally received it on the 30th of January after numerous emails to customer service and get the same response each time saying my item would be dispatched in the next 3-5 days which never happened. It was supposed to be a Christmas present and arrived over a month after Christmas. At lease we finally got it and it’s so cute
