I'm giving 1 star, because I can't give NONE. I've ordered on November and until now NEVER received my order! I'm contacting them every time - the customer service/the store does not give a SH** for you so, you have to annoy them. There is always going to be the excuse that you have "pre-ordered", even though, you haven't. Then, that the article is not "available" anymore - but in their Website it shows as available. Watch out! This is totally criminal. If you don't annoy then, you will have lost your money and your order - saw some people here, in the comments, that only contact the store after 4 months that they did not received the order and they said "no refund can be made". Let's see if I will be refund. I'm keeping all the E-Mails and communication to create a criminal complain. Totally bullsh**. I will now order on Amazon, because is "available" there. Let's see. What should make us happy - buying PopFunko and so - only gives you headache in this store... It's sad. i really had big expectations.
