Pre ordered pearl jam pop set 7/7/21 and paid in full. Still haven't recieved them. Was emailed on 16/1/22 to say they were being released 17/1/22. I've just emailed to find out how much longer and they're now saying release date is 31/1/22. I've asked for a refund and will be going to fair trading if it's not recieved in a weekI've since received an email saying that the item is in the warehouse since demanding a refund.. quick change in dates. Now they're trying to say they can't refund because it's not paid for. I've since sent proof of payment and have heard nothing
