Following on from my previous review, they credited my account with £10, BUT that was as far as it went.I placed this order on the 7th December and still it has not arrived.They are evasive, never answer my questions and keep saying they will check with the warehouse.After my last review, on the 30th December, the stock was supposed to have been in, yet it's still not dispatched.And the response to my question as to why?'we are currently waiting for stock to be assigned to this item'?What does that even mean? I think that last response says it all.If they had it they would have shipped it.I can't even cancel the order from their web site, as it's part of a partly shipped order, so I am having to wait for them to cancel it before I can source from elsewhere.This is going to be more expensive as it was part of a 3 for 2 offer, but frankly, what's the point if the item never arrives.Rob Clark
