So Pop In A Box for anyone who follows my reviews will see are very much one of my "go to" retailers due to various factors , price .. delivery ... service etcI fully appreciate that issues happen and thankfully I very relaxed about stuff as ultimately there are much bigger issues going on in the world than issues with small plastic toys My recent experience was that PIAB had miscategorised 3 items out of my 12 pop sub and incorrectly sent me a plush and 2 keychains. No fear .. i messaged the CS team via instagram and spoke to the ever wonderful Jade who after some initial triage resolved the matter promptly and very professionally.
