So disappointed

Usually, I don’t leave reviews, but my experience has been absolutely awful and I feel the need to.I made an order 07.01.2021 for a Funko pop. I waited until 08.07.2021 to receive the wrong item. Firstly, I didn’t think anything of it, errors happen, it was fine, and I contacted customer service and they organised a refund. On 19.08.2021, I got another item in the post and, once again, received the WRONG item. It was incredibly frustrating and I contacted the team once again, organised a return, etc, etc. On 26.11.2021, I contacted them again, after three months of hearing nothing from them and not receiving any form of contact about my return safely being sent back and when they thought I would be getting my item. All they said was that I would get an email when it had been dispatched. By 05.01.2022, I’d had enough. It had been almost a year and I still wasn’t anywhere closer to getting my product. I asked for a refund, which they said would go through in 3-5 business days. I still haven’t received my refund, and I’ve had to contact them again.It’s all been such a headache, and as someone who has always got my funko pops from there, they’ve definitely lost a customer. I’m so disappointed on how they’ve treated this situation and how poorly it has been handled, alongside the lack of communication. I managed to find the Funko I wanted on eBay, brand new, for a cheaper price and just ended up getting it on there.
