I've had several issues with them including being charged for a product that didn't ship; against their policy.My main concern is their shipping dates. They'll say "this will ship by this date" then it won't. Then, 3 months from now they'll randomly ship it without warning and take $50-$150 out of my account. They took money out of my account that was intended for bills. Now I can't pay those bills. I'm done ordering from them.When you start sending an email a week before thing ship, regardless of literally ANY reasons they're delayed, then I'll consider coming back. Absolutely ridiculous.
