My friend and I ordered a box set online. When I opened one of the boxes, I found that an accessory was missing. We contacted customer support, and they offered us a $3 voucher for our next purchase. It's frustrating that the missing accessory wasn't our fault, and I was hoping for either a replacement (I was willing to send back the item with the missing accessory) or a full refund, not just $3. This experience has left me very disappointed with the service. Such a letdown! I've made many purchases from this seller, but this is how they choose to treat their customers.
