My friend and I ordered a box set online. Upon opening one of the boxes, I discovered that an accessory was missing. We reached out to customer service, and they responded by offering us a $3 voucher for our next purchase. It's frustrating that the missing accessory was not our fault, and I expected either a replacement (I was willing to return the item with the missing accessory) or a full refund, not just $3. This experience has left me very disappointed with the service. What a letdown! I've made many purchases from this seller, but this is how they choose to treat their customers.

I spent a significant amount on an order – premium collectibles that should warrant good treatment from any retailer. Instead, my straightforward request for an exchange turned into a frustrating ordeal. They sent robotic responses and ignored my follow-ups, hiding behind their policies. They clearly showed no care for me as a loyal customer. This experience has made it clear that once they've taken your money, you are on your own. If you value proper customer service, consider purchasing from a different retailer.
I was fortunate to receive my order relatively quickly (about 6 days) without any damage and with all the correct items. However, I deducted points based on others' poor experiences, which made me anxious about my own order. If the company had global warehouses, many issues could be resolved, and shipping times would improve. They have international stores and are a large company, so I don't see why this is a problem. Next time, I’ll opt for my local store instead.
The staff was very rude and unprofessional. My children were reprimanded simply for touching toys that were clearly on display. There was no warning or polite explanation—just a bad attitude. This behavior towards kids is completely unacceptable. This place should be fun, not intimidating. We won’t be coming back.
I bought a cheaply made plastic figure for my child for Christmas. It was a Stitch figure that arrived missing an ear. Since I purchased it more than 14 days ago, the company refused to offer any store credit. I won’t be buying any more products from this seller and hope this trend fades away.
I ordered at the beginning of December, with a promise of delivery before Christmas. After 11 days in transit, I was informed of a delay, and then the next day, the parcel was sent back to the sender for no reason. I contacted support, and they said they would investigate but never followed up. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, but it’s too late now. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing online. What a scam.
I ordered a set of figures for my sister's birthday, only to find that when it arrived, it was damaged. It looked like someone had already opened the boxes. When she opened them, she found duplicates instead of the expected variety. It felt like they sent out the damaged items and kept the good ones for themselves. I tried to make a formal complaint but received no response for almost two weeks. This was an absolute disappointment, and I want to warn others: DO NOT SHOP ONLINE. I've sadly become an example of being scammed.
