Returning to their website, I found the cancellation button wasn’t working. I tried reaching customer support but couldn't get through at night. I emailed them, and they later claimed they couldn't find my email. After a long conversation, they informed me that once it ships, there's no way to return it. This experience has been frustrating, especially as I wanted to give my friends a Christmas gift. I did not expect such issues from a company of this size.
