I bought a Labuby figure for my daughter as a Christmas gift. The parcel was delivered in the pouring rain and literally thrown into my garden, leaving the product wet and damaged. I contacted POP MART and provided photo evidence, but the customer service has been shockingly bad.They told me I needed to pay to ship the damaged item back and then wait 10 working days for a replacement. I’m perfectly willing to return the product, but I expect a prepaid return label and a replacement delivered within a reasonable timeframe — not after two weeks.Very disappointing experience. I will not be buying from them again.
