My friend and I ordered a box set online. Upon opening one of the boxes, I discovered that an accessory was missing. We reached out to customer service, and they responded by offering us a $3 voucher for our next purchase. It's frustrating that the missing accessory was not our fault, and I expected either a replacement (I was willing to return the item with the missing accessory) or a full refund, not just $3. This experience has left me very disappointed with the service. What a letdown! I've made many purchases from this seller, but this is how they choose to treat their customers.
