I bought from them few times and never been very happy, this last time was very bad and I will not buy here anymore. Order was place on a Monday so plenty of time to send the item, it came Tuesday of the following week, charging £9 for delivery this is a joke, Sunday I left to Spain for holidays so I couldn't take then with me and I had to spend money over there. I came back from holiday and one of the bottles BAD POPPER 24ML was all wet and almost not liquid inside, the sealing was open and it cost over £10 pounds, unacceptable. I know customers service is bad so I didn't bother yesterday to contact them. Very unprofessional, inaccurate delivery and over priced. EXLGBDEJZ this is my reference order number to verified that I am a genuine REPLY TO THEIR REPLY:First of all Aromas customer service you are confusing me with your replied because nothing match with my order. I did never received my order in 5 days, I did never pick up anything from a post office as I was in Spain, and got no clue about any offer or gift or whatever you talking about. Also now you got one star down thsn before and on top of that I will report you to trustpilot and take legal action for defamatory and false statement as I got prove of that so I will suggest you to remove your reply as soon as possible.And one more thing, truspilot is not the page of your website, we know that, but is one of the most important, reliable and trusted website to write and read reviews, so not doing very good on here your company isn't?REPLY:All this things you said and that conversation is totally untrue I did never send any email or phone call, if you are confusing me with other customer is one thing, but if you are making up all this so people can read and believe what you are saying you just making things worst for you and your company because this will all be added as a prove through my solicitor and there will be legal action taking very soon. Where is all recorded? Prove it, because you will have to, your anger is driving you to a very big mistake. At the end of the day you are here attacking, not defending yourself, to customers that had a bad experience so it can't get worth than that but anyway further action is on its way sussie, your days at your desk, if you have an intelligent and professional boss, are counted. 👍
