As of January 9th, my items still haven't arrived. I made it clear to your team that I would be leaving Rome on January 9th. If timely delivery was impossible, I should have been informed beforehand. Since I'm departing today and the package hasn't arrived, I urgently need a resolution regarding a refund or a redirection.

I can't sign up or place an order because my country isn't listed in the dropdown options. I'm from Turkey and wanted to make a purchase, but I don't see Turkey in the Country selection. Please consider adding more supported countries.

When I contacted their representative, I was told to stay updated on my own country's tax regulations. I won't be purchasing from them again; for those looking for a reliable company, consider alternatives.
