I am very dissatisfied with the delivery speed and service. I have spent €170 in vain. I placed my order on January 5th, expecting to receive it by January 7th or 8th at the latest. As of today, January 9th, my items have still not arrived. I clearly informed the support team that I would be leaving Rome on January 9th. If delivery within that timeframe was not feasible, I should have been notified beforehand. Since I am departing today and the package has not arrived, I require an immediate resolution regarding a refund or a redirection.
