Worst leasing experience I have ever had.For six months everything was invoiced normally. Then suddenly I was told there was a “system error” and they now want to charge me retroactively for an extra driver fee. Their mistake — and I’m expected to pay months later.On top of that, we were charged abusive amounts for very small scratches on the car. No proper explanation, no transparency, just invoices.Customer service is extremely poor. Responses can take up to 30 days. You constantly have to chase them. And in the end, they try to make it your responsibility.They even involve paid collectors when issues are caused by their own administrative errors. Instead of resolving matters professionally, they escalate pressure onto the client.There is no clear communication, no accountability, and no legal basis properly explained when they try to push extra costs.This has been the worst experience I’ve had with any leasing company.I would not recommend this company — not even to my worst enemy.
