I ordered the ‘Leather Teddy Bear Charm’ on Jan 31 from Australia and it arrived on March 7. I got it with the handsewn service and it came so well made and cute! I’m obsessed! I’d say the quality is a 10/10. They even gave me a free little rainbow charm. The team are very nice and caring :) Overall, I’m very satisfied with the end product and grateful for their kindness.
