Their response time is outstanding. They are receptive to constructive suggestions. The products are shipped promptly. I’ve now sewn 5 kits and the complements are abundant. I absolutely love this service and have purchased several gorgeous purse kits, which I have greatly enjoyed hand sewing. Occasionally, I encounter some instructions that are a bit tricky to follow, so it's essential, especially for beginners, to read the descriptions carefully and start with the easier kits labeled as 'beginner'. This will help you master the basic stitching techniques before tackling more advanced projects. In my experience, the quality of the leather and hardware has been exceptional, and the customer support has been responsive, cheerful, and friendly. I will continue to engage with this service and look forward to creating many more bags and accessories for myself and my friends.

This platform offers remarkable quality for the price. I've ordered five bags (two mini styles, one 40cm, one 28cm, and one 30cm) and they are all exceptional. I'm thrilled with each one and have three more on the way. I've shopped from various places, but this one stands out. Delivery does take a bit longer (around two weeks), but I appreciate that they package everything in boxes, unlike others that use plastic bags. Some even come with unique dust bags and boxes inspired by luxury brands. I'm completely in love!
I have completed three bags from the kits so far (with more to come!). They have all been fantastic. The kits arrive well packaged with everything needed for the project. There's always enough thread, so you won't run out if you make a mistake. Some bags are more challenging, but the guidelines are accurate. I made one as a surprise for my mother, and she loved it. The bag charms are a blast to sew (is there such a thing as too many ponies??? ALL THE PONIES in every color!). The new kits are stunning and of great quality. I hope they upgrade the other kits soon. Prices are reasonable, especially with the currency exchange.
