I ordered a pop grip with a free surprise pop grip in the Black Friday deal. Ordered 1st Dec 2025 and email to say shipped on 3rd Dec and nothing! No tracking updates - it shows order placed but that’s all.Tried to email company with no response. This is ridiculous, money taken and nothing to show for it!Stay away from this company!!!
