I first used Pop Telecom approx 12 months ago and have had nothing but issues with them. Initially they changed my order and order number to avoid paying cashback through a referral website. They then messed up my address which further caused issues. The final straw was when I recently upgraded to full fibre when they placed the order incorrectly using the original address they got wrong in the first place. I then had issues with the fibre install but they didn't care. Not replying to emails and the message service is awful. Overall this delayed the install by weeks and when I eventually got an email they offered me £10 compensation! I have given up and moved to another provider which is offering a much quicker speed for the same price and they are paying £300 towards my termination fee. Pop Telecom are not interested in any customer service. They are probably fine if things go ok but don't expect them to be interested in customer service if you happen to need them. They are only interested in getting you on a contract and taking your money. VERY POOR
